Data we do not collect

When you browse the site we do not ask for your name, email, phone or other personal information. There are no:

• contact forms built into the site;
• private areas or user accounts;
• newsletter sign-ups;
• active collection of identifying data for marketing purposes.

Technical data and local preferences

The site does not store personal preferences on your device beyond what the browser needs for normal operation.

Like any website, the hosting server and network services may generate technical logs (for example IP address, date and time of the request, page visited) required for service operation and security. CHPL does not use these logs to identify or contact you.

We also keep first-party aggregated usage counters (date, page, traffic source and selected button events). These counters do not include IP addresses, visitor IDs, analytics cookies or fingerprints, and cannot be used to identify you.

Third-party services

To deliver the site we may use external services, for example:

• Google Fonts and CDNs for icons and static assets;
• Google advertising tags on the homepage, for aggregated campaign measurement.

These providers may process technical data under their own policies.

Contact by email

If you voluntarily write to company@chpl.mt, we will process the data in your message (email, name if provided, content) solely to reply and handle your request. We will not use it for other purposes without your consent.

Cookies

We do not use first-party cookies for profiling, marketing, or visitor tracking. A session cookie is used only on the private analytics dashboard after an administrator logs in. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, if we process personal data about you (for example after you email us), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection by writing to company@chpl.mt.

We may update this page if the site or applicable regulations change. The last update date is shown at the top.
